The First Light women’s jacket is a do-it-all mid layer or outer coat, designed for adventures that range from crack-of-dawn ski touring missions to autumn alpine treks. It features baffled and migration-resistant PrimaLoft Silver Insulation Active, which delivers hydrophobic and packable warmth without the bulk. The face fabric and lining are made of strong and airy stretch woven fabrics that allow maximum mobility and breathability. Black Diamond outfitted this jacket with gusseted underarms to enhance maneuverability when climbing and gave it a low-profile, single-hand adjustable hem. The First Light Jacket stuffs into its internal chest pocket and attaches to a pack or harness with a carabiner clip loop.
